Norfolk boutiques goes to Australia

Norfolk boutiques goes to Australia, well at least the site creator does. We are off for a month long holiday to both Perth and Sydney. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a unique, chic, hip hotel in Oz. In Sydney we have so far booked a couple of nights at the Establishment Hotel ( http://www.merivale.com/#/establishment/hotel ). Now, if there is one thing this place really can do, it's design a cutting edge web site! At times it feels a bit awkward to use or you might feel a little inadequate, as if you were not worthy to visit the site if you cant use it. What it does do is blend together a whole experience just like www.norfolkboutiques.co.uk and a lot more.
While in the Sydney area we also want to visit Hunter Valley for the obvious, maybe go to a concert if any are on and bondi beach
Perth on the other hand is a much harder place to find the individual hot spot that we search. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know. The chains really have chained this city down in terms of accommodation.
Thats if for now while I search out more adventures

Titchwell Manor takes a place on Norfolk boutiques

We are really pleased to welcome Titchwell Manor to Norfolk boutique hotels. Titchwell Manor was built as a Victorian family farmhouse, Titchwell Manor is now one of those wonderful and rare hotels that manages to capture the period feeling of an older residence with stylish and contemporary luxury. The hotel has been family run for the past 20 years by owners Margaret and Ian Snaith with Eric their son as head chef and Mark Dobby as their manager. Always warm and welcoming, the hotel now has 27 bedrooms, 13 of which are built around a central courtyard herb garden, where the wonderful aromas Inspire the names of the rooms themselves. Other rooms in the main hotel have seaviews or are large rooms ideal for families. The kitchen uses the finest local seafood and shellfish as well as carefully Reared Norfolk Beef, Pork and Lamb from Houghton Hall Estate nearby. The restaurant has 2 AA rosettes for the fine modern dishes they serve. Norfolk’s beautiful beaches are a short walk away at Brancaster whilst The RSPB reserve at Titchwell attracts visitors from far and wide.
